Information about the owner of this website and the terms that apply when you use it, in accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

1. Website owner

Registered in the Commercial Registry of Valencia (Registro Mercantil de Valencia), sheet V-224182, 1st entry (10 March 2025). Business activity: CNAE 0161 (support activities for crop production) and CNAE 0162 (support activities for animal production), including molecular diagnostics and contract research in insect science. Cucare Diagnostics does not practise a regulated profession requiring membership of a professional association, and does not adhere to any code of conduct under Article 18 LSSI-CE.

The services described on this website are offered to companies, institutions and professionals. Prices are quoted individually for each project; each quotation states the applicable taxes.

2. Purpose of the website

This website presents the services of Cucare Diagnostics, a spin-off of the University of Valencia, publishes scientific and technical articles, and allows visitors to contact us. Using the website implies acceptance of this legal notice. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website.

3. Conditions of use

You agree to use the website and its content lawfully and in good faith, and not to use it to damage the rights or interests of Cucare Diagnostics or third parties, or to introduce viruses or any other harmful code.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this website — texts, photographs, illustrations, icons, logos, trade names, design and source code — belongs to Cucare Diagnostics, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Photographs credited to third parties (for example, the CBP group of the Universitat de València) are used with their permission.

You may view the content and print or download it for personal, non-commercial use, provided the source is cited. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation requires our prior written authorisation.

5. Scientific and technical content

The articles and service descriptions on this website are general information. They do not replace a diagnosis, report or study carried out for a specific case. Cucare Diagnostics is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of this general information.

6. Liability

We work to keep the website available and its content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. Cucare Diagnostics is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, technical faults or viruses that could not be prevented with reasonable security measures.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn or ORCID. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
